Floating docks are designed for bodies of water that fluctuate. Minimum ice movement is a priority, and five feet of water is the minimum depth. The build outs are customizable, laid out and designed exactly as requested. Thomas Docks’ premium floating dock options include PolyDock and RhinoDock that are welded together with either galvanized or aluminum materials for strength, durability and reliability against rough water. Stationary
Stationary docks are permanently built, secure docks that are connected to a body of water’s bottom by pilings, allowing it to withstand water’s frequent movements. Thomas Docks offers either aluminum, wood, composite or PVC framing and decking, perfect for low water levels and high boat traffic. You also have the option to add on the aluminum Infinity Track, allowing for a customizable decking alternative.
Boat Houses
Boat houses are docks designed as a garage, providing superior security and protection for your boat. They can be built onto a new home with added living quarters, onto an existing home in the format of a single-family dwelling or utilizing the design for fishing establishments.
